Apsys Networks offers one of the most complete warranty programs in the structured cabling industry based on EN 50173, ISO/IEC 11801 and ANSI TIA 568. We develop and produce network components and cabling systems in best quality.We provide our customers with a solution offering better and more lasting performance .There are two type of warranties for the Apsys networks verified customers.

Our two-level System warranty program, We give our customers a guarantee that the installed cabling system works properly for a long terms.

2 Years System Warranty

The 2 years system warranty says that passive components will function faultlessly during this period and will outperform the requirements of every relevant cabling standard. All products carry a minimum 2 year warranty for material quality and workmanship, unless otherwise stated.

25 Years System Warranty

Apsys Networks provides 25 years warranty for end-end solutions from the date of original installation.if the product becomes defective during the warranty period, Apsys Networks will replace or repair the product.The warranty is granted only to a Apsys Networks certified installer.

Warranty Claims

1. If goods/services rendered by us prove to be defective, the Cus tomer’s warranty claims shall be as provided by the statutory provisions subject to the proviso that we are initially only obliged to – at our discretion – repair or replace the defective goods. We shall bear the cost of such supplementary performance in particular the transport costs, labour costs and cost of materials, The Customer shall bear any increased costs as a result of goods being located elsewhere than the intended place of use.
2. We are entitled to make supplementary performance dependent on the Customer paying the purchase price. The Customer shall,however, be entitled to withhold such part of the purchase price as is reasonable in proportion to the defect.
3. If subsequent performance fails, the Customer can reduce the remuneration or rescind the contract. However, there shall be no right of rescission if the defect is of only minor nature. In addition the Customer may demand damages in accordance with Clause 8.Any other warranty claims are excluded. 4. If, in the course of repair work, we exchange materials of the Customer which we have delivered, we shall acquire title to theexchanged parts.
4. If the defect is due to a faulty third-party product, we shall be entitled to assign our warranty claims against our supplier to the Customer. In that case a claim can be asserted against us under the above prov- isions only if the Customer has asserted the assigned claims against the supplier in court.
5. Save in the case of bad faith and subject to the provision of Clause 8 (4), the warranty period for defects in quality shall be 24 months following delivery or, if necessary, acceptance of the goods (Apsys Networks). If the goods supplied by us been used for a building or structure in accordance with their usual manner of use and have caused said building or structure to be defective, the statutory warranty period shall apply.
